Join us as we snip fresh nettles, pick edible flowers and celebrate spring! Chef Amelie will share the secrets of stinging nettles garnered from her summers in the French countryside.
You will learn:
How to safely harvest and process fresh nettles
Learn to identify wild salad greens
Pick edible forest flowers
Learn the powerful medicinal properties of local plants you thought were just weeds!

Please wear long sleeves, pants and garden shoes. Please bring a notebook and pen, scissors/garden clippers, garden gloves, and rain gear.
