Cafe in the Greek Isles

Today we cooked a Greek feast for St. Helens High staff, complete with a live cooking demo during the meal!

Teachers enjoyed spiced meatballs with lemon and mint glaze, zucchini ribbon salad with feta, grilled Halloumi cheese and Greek yogurt brulee for dessert. Chef Seth demoed the brulee with the blow torch while Chef Tannis grilled Halloumi with mint basil oil.

Principal Dr. Wagner stated, “That was some of the best Greek food I’ve ever had!”
