Join Chef Amelie in this hands-on class as you make your own pork belly banh mi sandwich! Amelie will demonstrate how to roast and glaze pork belly, whip up spicy cilantro aioli and the classic Vietnamese sweet pickle. This is no ordinary sandwich.
